Une formation d'introduction au calcul parallèle a été organisée par la plateforme MeCS dans le cadre de l'école doctorale du 3 au 17 juin 2014. Le plan de cette formation est donné ci-dessous. Une telle formation a pour but de fournir les bases de la programmation parallèle, dont la maîtrise permet d’exploiter efficacement les grands calculateurs qui augmentent désormais les capacités de simulation numérique dans de nombreux domaines d'application. A parallel computing introductory training was organised by the MeCS platform from June 3 to 17, 2014, for Ph.D. Students of the University. The layout of this training is given below. Such a training aims at providing the basics of parallel computing, whose mastering makes possible the efficient use of supercomputers now enabling a significant increase in numerical simulation capabilities in numerous fields.
